A yuzu liqueur from Kochi, where the fruit is grown, made by macerating yuzu in sake or shochu base at a measured 12.5% — bright citrus peel on the nose, clean acid on the palate. Serve chilled as a digestif, or reduce gently as a glaze base for grilled fish or duck.
