Fresh green-style Tie Guan Yin from Anxi, Fujian. 700m altitude. Bright orchid floral, lilac, tender spring greens, pear sweetness. Lightly oxidized Hongxin Waiwei Tao cultivar. Silky, clean mouthfeel. 2024 autumn harvest. Brew gongfu style: 7.8g per 150ml at 100°C, 10-15 seconds. 6-8 infusions.
