SOMEN IBOOITO BANSHU WHEAT

Sōmen from the Banshu region of Hyogo, one of Japan's most established sōmen-producing areas, made from wheat and drawn to a very fine diameter through a slow, oil-assisted stretching process. Cook for around two minutes, chill immediately in ice water, and serve with a cold tsuyu dipping broth, or float in a clear chilled soup.
