Koshu Koddai-Ikko 11 years old rice Shōchū

An aged rice shōchū from Kōshū, distilled in the honkaku style and rested eleven years, which rounds the spirit into something mellow and faintly sweet with a clean finish. Serve it mizuwari over cold water alongside sashimi, or use a small measure to deglaze a pan of sautéed mushrooms.
